Refund Policy

I want you to love your purchase. Also, since I understand that colors on your monitor may not be the same as real life and shopping via internet doesn't give you a chance to see how a piece looks on your body, you may return any original condition unworn jewelry* or handknit purchase within 3 days of receipt for a full refund to the same source as used to purchase item. Item must be mailed to me with all original packing to the address on the package within those 3 days either first class mail with insurance or UPS with insurance.

Shipping fees and any transaction fees are non-refundable. 

Please notify me immediately if you'll be returning an item by using my Contact Page so I can be watching for it and contact you when received. 

*For health reasons, all earring purchases are final and non-returnable unless defective. If defective, I will repair at no additional cost to you. I also do not accept returns from smoking households due to residual smoke. Thanks for your understanding.
