Rialto Beach - evergreen and driftwood - brown and green earrings
Drive west past Forks in the NW corner of Washington state and you arrive at a quintessential Pacific Northwest beach: Rialto Beach. Covered in driftwood with evergreen trees as your background and raging surf against rocks and sand facing west. Although there are many scenic reasons to visit the Olympic Peninsula this is one of my favorite spots. It's a distance to go and you might get wet, but worth every minute.
