With a pile of Japanese seed beads I wove a section of necklace that is frothy and soft to caress one's collar bone. Two lampwork beads from Bastille Bleu Lampwork in shades of sea glass are connectors to the teal or aqua colored suede lace that closes with a vintage steel button that reminded me of a sea urchin shell.
This necklace would look great with a summer maxi, but also fun with a tee and shorts or jeans. It's dressy enough for work or an evening out, too. In fact it would look spectacular with candlelight catching all the tiny glass beads in iridescent white and crystal!
I've made it adjustable at 17, 19 and 21 inches.
Coordinating earrings available here.
How to interpret the ocean surf surging and frothing at the beach's edge? With a lot of tiny seed beads and patience is how!
