Creating this one of a kind boho style pendant was a meditation of sorts.
Selecting the components that would bring beauty and tell a story were a major part of the fun.
Components:
Prudent Man Plume Agate from Idaho by Gary Wilson
Raku cabochon by Maku Studios
Blue Topaz briolette (A rated)
Tiny faceted Aquamarine rondelles
Copper chain
Japanese glass seed beads in various sizes and cuts
This bead embroidered pendant was created to honor the firemen, firewomen, families that have lost their homes and businesses, as well as the families of the brave firefighters. The firefighters are doing everything they can to corral these western fires, but they can only do so much this year. This is just a small way I can pay tribute to them and their sacrifices.
I've captured these beautiful and unusual cabochons using Japanese glass seed beads and a backing of brown ultra suede.
Adjustable from 18 to 20 inches. The pendant is 4 1/8 inches from the top of the bail to the bottom of the blue topaz briolette. It is about 1.5 inches wide on the top part.
One of a kind talisman.
