Since I was hooking rugs last week I felt behind in this week's lesson from my online sketching and watercolor class with Jane LaFazio. So I rushed a bit on the painting and am not as happy with the results. I'm pleased with my sketching and getting the various greens, but a little messy.
Even in northern California our leaves are changing so our gingko only had a bit of green in its bright yellow leaves.
A side note: To all our veterans and their families, I send my heartfelt gratitude for all you do for our country.
